Approval chances after spending a month together?

Hi guys! New-ish member, but I finally filed my K1 packet!! This was after spending 1 month in the Philippines with my fiance. We have been dating online since Aug '21, but were only this past Feb '23 able to meet in person. We spent the entire month together (Feb 1 - Mar 2) and I proposed on Feb 11th. This should be sufficient time together in-person to satisfy the "Meet once in the past two years" stipulation, correct? I want to go back there just so we can spend more time together, but I'm disabled and the long flights played havoc on my body twice already, I'm not sure I could physically handle another trip so soon. I followed all of the guides here on VJ as well as from the USCIS website, but I've been seeing forum posts about "Meeting only once" and was curious if my situation would be similar to the replies they've gotten (although the other posts are usually just for a few days in-person, not an entire month.)

So, my fellow visa journey participants... what's the prognosis? TIA!

TL;DR: Been dating online for a few years, spent an entire month together in person... is that enough to satisfy the requirements?

Yes

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

You could meet for 15 seconds in an airport and, if it was within the past 2 years, qualify to file an I-129F petition (not a ""K-1" packet).

"Face time" (time spent together in person) is crucial for establishing a bona fide relationship in the eyes of the consular officer who would be conducting the K-1 visa interview.  In many places, one month and one visit might raise eyebrows.  However, Manila issues K-1 visas like candy.

For your own sakes (yours and hers), strive for another lengthy visit.

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

Just keep collecting evidence while you wait for the NOA2. Save every receipt for any money remittances, screenshots of chat messages (the embassy staff actually looked at that), call logs etc., just save everything that proves ongoing communication. Have her get a file folder and start organizing documents so that when the time comes she will have everything available and easy to find for the medical, interview and CFO appointments. You have plenty of time, have her start collecting immunization records, she will need those if they are available otherwise she will be given those shots again at her medical. We met in person twice pre-pandemic and not since. They did ask why we haven't met since and she said "because of covid travel restrictions" and they accepted that answer at her interview.

Yes, that's enough to satisfy the I-129F requirement.  And for the US embassy in Manila, that's very likely enough for the K1 visa interview as well.
