Only EB1/EB2 update on NVC (DQ, IL)

Today I reviewed status in CEAC, and is showing IN TRANSIT, but I haven't received any IL yet.
I tryed something, signing-in in  ais.usvisa , created a user name with my NVC Case Number, and then I knew that my interview date was already set on their Schedule for Sep 13, 2023, even without receiving the IL.

 

Somehow, almost 2 months before DQ, I "received" IL, with a timespam of 6 weeks for ID.

 

I have already schedule medicals, just with the confirmation from ais.usvisa. Will keep you informed.

Actually, they were even quicker before the student visa rush in Summer. Mumbai has been doing an excellent job recently. The US Mission in India has made a big deal about getting back on track. And I have to say, it is impressive to see the progress. By the end of the year, I think that the pandemic backlog would be fully cleared for immigrant visas. Visa availability and retrogression is a separate mess of course.

Yes! You might just have made the cut off for an IL this month, interview October maybe? Congrats.

Yes you are DQ, I got the same letter in July. My PD becomes current from 1st Septemebr, so Interview most likely November.

I got DQ’ed also in July 2023, my PD is 2021 (bc previously i had the j1 visa and had to fulfill the 2 year rule back in brazil before submitting the ds260). So, do you guys think i should be receiving the IL soon?

No idea about Brasil, I know the London times for EB2 because, I've  been tracking it for over a year
