  1. Congrats!!!! @whitewizard never knew India was giving IL so quickly for eb1. We must wait almost a year or more here in Nepal for the interview.
  2. Hi! Does anyone know how long it might take to get IL in kathmandu Nepal after dq? I got dq in april and how long I might have to wait? My classes will start from aug 28 and neither I can apply for F1 visa. Are there any chances of getting F1 visa if I apply for it ? Will it affect my Eb visa interview? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
  3. My pd : 05/16/22 which is current for Nepal i guess. How long I might need to wait for IL ?
  4. My visa type is also EB-1a. The ds-260 form that we submitted on ceac site should show as accepted, right ? It just shows as completed. Hope I get official email from NVC soon and the form shows as accepted.
  5. I got this reply for my inquiry today. Does it mean I got DQ ? but the form in ceac site does not show as accepted. Will it take time ? To Whom it Concerns: This case is documentarily complete, which means the NVC has all the documents we requested. Your application is waiting for an interview appointment, where a consular officer will adjudicate it. The U.S. Embassy or Consulate provides the National Visa Center (NVC) with a list of available appointment dates and times. We will schedule your case for an interview appointment when an appointment date is available. We schedule appointments on a first in, first out basis. After we schedule your appointment, we will forward your case to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate General in KATHMANDU We cannot predict how long it will take to schedule your appointment, but we will notify the applicant, the petitioner, and your attorney (if applicable) when an appointment is scheduled. Your case will stay at NVC until that time.

  7. I still haven’t heard back from them. I have tried to send public inquiries multiple times but it is not helping at all. It is so freaking frustrating. What should I do ? Please send some suggestions.
  8. i got this reply for my latest inquiry. Does this mean my case is under review or is it just a generic response? To Whom it Concerns: The correspondence submitted is currently under review. An appropriate action will be taken once this review is completed.
  9. Yeah ! Me and our relatives mailed the same exact docs within 2 weeks interval and they got dq according to the timeframe but after more than 3 months we haven’t got any proper response from them.
  10. I haven’t heard from them yet. I put the inquiry but they sent the same generic message.
  11. Same with me. Can you send me a message?
  12. Congrats!! Why is it always me ? I haven’t heard back from them. I have been waiting since November.😭😭 I feel so helpless.
  13. I have sent an inquiry saying : “ We checked our DS-260 form, which clearly shows completed and has given us the confirmation number, after NVC emailed that the DS-260 form or civil documents were missing on February 3. Therefore, we resent our civil documents , which according to USPS tracking, were delivered on March 8, 2023. Our papers should have been reviewed by this point in accordance with the NVC timeline, but we haven't heard anything. Please provide us with a thorough update on our case as we have been waiting for more than three months. Please find the pdf attachment that verifies the delivery of civil documents and the completion of the DS-260 form as proof of submission.“ Every time I send inquiry they send me the same generic email : “The documents you submitted will be reviewed soon. We will let you know whether we complete your case or if we need more information.”
  14. Congrats!! But I haven’t heard from them. Idk why
  15. Hi ! Till what time do hey send the dq email ? Still haven’t heard anything from them. I will send inquiry if I don’t receive anything by today.
  16. I think they are still working on docs submitted on March 6th. Some from March 6th got dq today. I haven’t heard from them.
  17. My civil documents arrived at NVC on March 8,2023 via USPS for Eb1 visa category still waiting for DQ.please include me in the table. Thanks
  18. My civil document was delivered on March 8,2023 via USPS. If there is anyone who submitted the documents around the same time please mention your docs submission date and dq date. At first, I completed DS-260 form and submitted the docs in December but in February NVC emailed us saying DS-260 form is missing. I tried sending inquiries to NVC with Screenshots of completed form but the NVC replied us with same generic email every time saying form is missing. We have sent our docs again on march 8 but the people who submitted the docs online on March 15 are getting DQ. I still haven’t heard anything from NVC. Is the review time same for people who submitted online and via mail? Please mention your timeline below. It would be a great help for me!!!
