I guess you need to follow what the welcome letter mentioned. EB category is mostly mail only: https://nvc.state.gov/mail

I wish it was 02Jan🤪 01FEB instead.

Congratulations. I got DQ'd today as well. Unfortunately my PD has retrogressed, so not anticipating IL anytime soon,

if they were not already on I-140, You should be able to add them by contacting NVC using public inquiry form

I am in the same boat, EB2 India , 01FEB2011. I sent documents to NVC after the retrogression happened, will they continue with the DQ process?

Thank you @TheMaverick Do my US employer needs to be submit I-864(Affidavit of Support) alongwith my civil documents? Where do i get the mailing info from?I haven't been requested by NVC to send anything yet?

Hello everyone: I was on AOS journey before moving to Canada,now became Canadian Citizen. EB2-IND, I-140 PD:Feb 2011. Filed and approved I-824 and got a case # from NVC(didn't get a welcome letter,got case# from webform inquiry). Completed CEAC payment and filled DS-260, shows PAID/COMPLETED. What is the next step?There is no option to upload document, will i be approached by NVC next or do i need to call? Help appreciated!!
