Hello, sent 751 on December 2021, got the 24 months extension right after as well as the finger prints waves. Since then we are waiting. They keep pushing back the processing time and as you may know, they are sending the 48 months extension and I think I will receive that extension very soon. So now on USCIS processing time it says 15 months and half.  How do we know what month filet they are taking care of ? Also what do you think I soule expect ? Thank you

Hi @Nabsac I am a late November 2021 / early December 2021 filer, also WAC. Still waiting. However, I know somebody who filed in December 2021 and got approved not long ago.

So it looks like WAC is looking into November / December 2021 cases now.

What's your receipt number ending with? The last five digis, not showing the last three.

E.g. mine is 24xxx

I see a lot of activity in 26xxx, 27xxx and 28xxx ranges.

I'd say another 2-3 months hopefully for you. Maybe shorter, maybe longer. I thought mine would have been approved last December or this January based on how they're working on cases. But it did slow down...

CaseTrack app for Android.

You enter a receipt number like WAC2290034000 and search the nearest 500 cases. You can filter them by petition type, such as I-751 and see whether there are any approved.

Between WAC2290034000 and WAC2290034500 I see there was one case which received RFE on March 3rd 2023.

Others appear to be waiting.

No, my husband thinks it’s gonna stop the process of the i751 and take longer again …

Based on a consult I had with a lawyer recently, filing N-400 shouldn't slow I-751. In @Crazy Cat's wife case it helped unblocking old I-751 petition filed in 2019.

There are similar apps for iOS, I just don't know the names.

The opposite was true in my wife's case.  Good luck.

Filed I-751 in March 2019

Filed N-400 in Aug 2022

I-751 and N-400 both approved 4 months later in combo interview

I have no doubt that we would still be waiting for the I-751 approval had she not filed the N-400.

It can go either way, in regards to delays or not. In my case for instance, I was with WAC too and I knew I wasn't going to get an interview (had one for AOS), had I filed my N-400 while my i-751 was still pending it would've very likely delayed my case with another 10 months.

My i-751 was approved after 1 year from filing, had I filed the N-400 a few days prior to that it's likely my i751 would've been stopped in its tracks and sent over to NBC to just sit there and wait for my N400, instead of being approved a few days later at WAC. My N-400 took a little over 10 months, so it would've been a 10 month delay for me if my i-751 had to wait for my N-400.
