Ok, I see it now. This is not a notice. This is just an electronic update. The date would have been in the notice you missed. I bet it was sometime in April or May 2021. 
So back to your question, a tier 2 officer would be able to tell you.

Why wouldn't the interview notice show up in the online account correspondence tab? 

 

I truly believe it was never generated by the system, otherwise Tier 1 should be able to see it. 

 

Please let us know what Tier 2 tells you. The only error I see on OP part is not following up sooner.

Yeah but not other communication has been sent regarding this receipt number, no date/time, no missed interview notice, no i751 cancelation notice. Nothing.  Surely a tier 1 would have access to something or some or one of those notices if they were sent. Between Netflix watching I mean lol

Let's see what the tier 2 says.  And the officer interviewing my wife said he will ask his boss what he should do. So it's being looked at by other people supposedly.

The officer interviewing my wife also said he or someone from that office will contact her on status of the n400

 No status was what he listed it as of now he said.

The N400 got a denial. I did call the uscis several times but only got a tier 1.  A tier 2 still hasn't contacted us yet.  The latest tier 1 stated that the problem was when I put the address change in I put the wrong previous address but the correct current address.  She stated the previous address has to be the address where I filed the form at first.  Anyway this conversation was before the n400 denial notice.  Is their anyway to talk to a tier 2 besides waiting for them to call??

And can my wife apply for the n400 again since the address change on the roc has been updated correctly??

Still no call from uscis tier 2.  I keep getting emails saying they will call in 2 business days but still no call. Can I just file the roc i751 again? One of the tier 1 found out what the problem was last week, she thinks the interview letter was sent to the address that I first filed It from because it was the previous address wasn't filled in correctly on the address change. The n400 was denied yesterday so I hope my recent corrected address change on the i751 will help move the i751 along. 

 

I wonder if I can just refile a i751 or do I have to wait for this to be resolved??

Not trying to be rude or condescending, but I would take with a grain of salt anything a tier 1 says. They’re contractors and see the exact same info that you see on your case.

I wouldn’t file a new 751 without this being resolved. Case is already starting to jack up.

What is an fo and how do I contact them?  How much do immigration lawyers cost??  I did do the address correction on the i751 recently so I wonder if that will signal that I haven't abandoned that.  The reasons for the n400 denial  I will find out soon, i haven't got the letter yet, just an online notification.

Who Is hacking? I am still confused on the filing n400 and i751 concurrently.  Yes I know one can fill out the questions and send filing fees etc for as many forms as they want, I CAN collect metal parts to build a spaceship to Saturn.  What meant to ask earlier is if the 2 cases are handled concurrently. In my case that is no they aren't and I don't see anything on the uscis saying they are handled concurrently.  From what I gather here, the forms are handled separately and in an order, the i751 is approved first then the n400 is approved. I feel that filing the n400 is and was a waste of money and time if the i751 is still pending.

FO stands for USCIS Field Office.

Jim Hacking, an immigration lawyer that also has a You Tube show I believe.  I have no knowledge of him, but many seem to feel he knows his stuff.  Personally, I would wait until you know exactly why the N400 was denied before taking additional action.  As to filing the N400 with a pending I751, many people do that and it does not end up in automatic denial of the N400.  My wife did it and the files were combined at our USCIS office and both were approved together.
