I thought I’d give the “Ask Emma “  feature a try on the USCIS website. It did confirm the service center that my case is being processed at. It also mentioned that an officer was reviewing my case on February 6 2023. I’m not  sure how accurate information is from this chat feature. Any experiences or opinions would be appreciated.

Honestly, I think both answers are useless to you.  Maybe the service center is correct, but it doesn't matter.  Note that an officer reviews each case for an average of less than 30 minutes, after which it is approved, and RFE sent, or it is denied.  So, if you haven't seen any emails, no officer was reviewing your case at all.
