There must have been a glitch in the system. One case approved yesterday? Pretty unusual.

Yeah has to be a glitch

Glitch for sure. I even gave up on scanning Feb yesterday when I saw there was nothing. But I was checking Lawfully and they say that there were "276 cases finished" yesterday. So probably the updated came in later/after the general scan. I'm checking CaseTracker now to see if the approvals showed up.

EDIT: Yep, approvals from the 5th came super late, they are now showing up on CaseTracker too.

I figured it was but very helpful to see that you pulled data to prove this! So many people have been stressing this. Can’t wait to see numbers tomorrow!

FY2023 median processing times went down again in May, from 14.4 months to 14.3 months.

I check regularly and you always seem to catch it first 😂

Honestly surprised the median is still so high

That's funny, because I feel like other than the last couple times I found out from others. 😂

The one I'm excited for is the Q2 report, but nothing there yet.

Agreed. I'm thinking that as that number continues to go down the spread of dates being worked on should go down as well.

Maybe the decrease is still too recent 🤔

It's definitely going to be delayed. They have to cut into the backlog quite a bit to see this. Fortunately, this year it's at the point that they are completing more per week than were submitted per week. Just a matter of time barring any drastic changes.

Also, don't forget about the time it takes for USCIS to send your case after approval to the NVC. It used to be 30 days and now it much longer.

it increased a few months ago as well then came back down. Am curious to see if it will stay or if they'll readjust
