Unfortunately there are always a lot of "should have, could have, would have"s, but it'll all work out.

Can't let the doubts and uncertainty ruin things. We've all got this!

100% and we filed earlier than he wanted because I was freaking out about wait times increasing. We were originally looking at 2yrs for NOA2 and as you say it's a gamble, we could get an 'early' approval but yh illogical side is blaming him right now

Yep! Great advice from @Naterson! It's all going to be worth it. I am pretty much a realist but these couple of weeks my irrational side took over and I went spiralling about what could I have done differently. Things like "why didn't we file earlier? Why we didn't meet earlier? Why we didn't start talking earlier?" that aren't helpful at all and only brings me down. It will all be over soon though. I joke that we will have a lot of stories and will look back at this time kindly. Whenever the kids complain it takes them too much time to clean their bedrooms, we can always say "don't you dare complain about 15 minutes! We waited 600 days to get your mom into this country so we could get married!"
It will be fun.... eventually. Haha!

This part was gold, now I'm going to actually have to record the number of days just so I can use this!

So do you all think that the new average of cases processed daily will stick around the 190’s range? Tuesday was AMAZING and I know it’s a rare event but just curious on that. I noticed that this week, besides Tuesday, the number of cases processed never quite reached 200.

My guess is that USCIS tracks progress on a weekly basis. It seems that a bad day such as Monday, is always made up for the next day. I think USCIS will try to stick to 900 approved per week regardless of how they get there on individual days. But that’s just my guess based on the trends

Respectfully, you're overthinking.

Overthinking for simply asking a question? Ok. If this is the case, every last one of us are overthinking when we ask a question. I simply asked for opinions on something I noticed. Respectfully, this process is stressful and if I have a community of people I can ask questions to without judgment then that’s what I’ll do.

Their average is still over 200. It's around 210-220 per week so I'd say the min is 1000/week+

Understood. Looks like I need to reroute my focus to weekly vs daily. Thanks!

The daily honestly fluctuates quite a bit so yh I look at weekly. They have ave/day on the side in the spreadsheet so you can easily compare for they did on average per day every week. They're starting pretty consistent with maybe a very slight increase but too early to be excited

I didn’t realize there was an ave/day on the side on the spreadsheet so this is helpful to know. I’m always cautiously hopeful because this process is such a mystery most of the time. This week’s numbers were fantastic, though.

Yeah, I keep the Weekly tab open rather than the Daily one too – I'll glance at Daily, but trying to predict the variances between daily progress makes me a little crazy. It was a good week at the immigration factory this week though!
