You don't have to submit your marriage certificate.

Thanks much

How about submitting my mom's  1) pictures, 2) divorce certificate 3) her birth certificate?

At USCIS stage, you don't have to submit pictures. They did not ask me and I did not submit.
I am not sure about divorce certificate.
Your birth certificate is required but not of your parents.

once USCIS transfers approved application to NVC, they will contact me with the instructions what I need to do next, correct?

Thank you once again

Hello everyone

I started filling out I-130 online, to bring my mother to the US

I have few questions regarding filing the form online.

1) Since I am a citizen and have no longer green card, i believe I do not need to fill out A #

Correct?

2) I do not have USCIS online account number and I am going to skip this part.

I believe that is ok?

3) When I get to "For whom are you filing this Petition" it is giving me option "Parent" and not "mother" or "father".

I hope I am filing the correct form?

4) Should I write in "Beneficiary's Travel document number" passport number?

5) when I get to the part where I need to upload documents, I see "Petitioner's Birth certificate" upload option twice.

6) I see option where it says to upload "parent's Marriage Certificate", should I upload their Devorce Certificate here since they are divorced?

7) Also I do not see where to upload my marriage certificate as theer is no option "Upload your Marriage certificate

Thank you so much everyone, I do really appreciate your time and help

Hey

For my moms filing . I sent my naturalization certificate, passport page, birth certificate and marriage certificate (since I have a name change)

And my moms birth certificate and marriage certificate ( since she has a name change as well). This was actually one of the simplest supporting documents since K-1/AOS Lol.

Just wondering your reason for sending your mom's birth certificate and her marriage certificate?  Correct me if I am wrong, I believe the the sponsor's birth certificate would list your parents names showing family relationship.

Arhh, prior to uploading there’s a descriptive part stating to upload marriage certificate if there was any name change- My mom name on the my birth certificate has her maiden name only & I’m filing in her married name ( if that makes sense). So I decided to just send those to prevent any unnecessary confusion.

Yes, I did. I believe you need to regardless of their age. Spouse, children must be included.

Did you notarize the affidavits?

Were they written in your native language? and you translated them?

Thank you so much for all this info
