You are separated but your husband still lives in the same house as you?

If your husband lives somewhere else, then why would he be counted as part pf the household?

You dont  include your mom on your dads petition nor your dad on your moms petition   They are each stand alone petitions

USCIS doesn't recognize separated  so if you are still married you include your spouse as a household member

If you have no children then each petition is

1 for self

1 for spouse

1 for intending immigrant

total 3 for each petition
