About to send mine off tomorrow!! Finally! Hoping to get my NOA1 in time to be a January filer!

USCIS charged my card tonight, so that's a good sign. Hopefully receipt within the next few days!

Joining this thread as I sent my package today. Because I will apply for citizenship as soon as I able, this feels much less stressful than AOS since it's basically sending a package into the ether - I doubt I'll see any meaningful progress before it's time for the N-400 anyways.

N-400 depends on I-751 outcome + it's own requirements, so not sure how it's less stressful.

Well it is to me, unlike AOS I do not need anything from USCIS until my extension letters expires (whenever that comes) so no need to be checking my case online every other day. Sent and forget it. With AOS I was counting days until EAD/AP or the interview, now it's see you in two years!

At least 2 years 9 months and 1 day from Resident Since date on your 2 year green card. But better at 3 years and 1 day or later. That's if you meet physical presence test, continuous residence test and marital union tests.

We sent last night! To confirm steps as AOS feels like a different lifetime. 1. Sent to Carol Stream, IL via USPS, Receive text 2. They send to center (TBD which one) 3. They send NOA / extension letter of two years 4. We wait for biometrics appt 5. Wait for potential interview

So if my husband got it march 23, 2021, then march 24, 2024? That's if you meet physical presence test, continuous residence test and marital union tests. - What are all these? Part of the 751/400?
