Expedite Questions - I-129F

Hello, 

My case is currently at the CSC. I’ve applied to expedite twice, and will a third time. I’m currently pregnant and have a high risk pregnancy. The first denial I reached out myself and was denied immediately without review. The second, I reached out to my congress person and have been denied. What more can I do to show the severity of the pregnancy on my life and the help that is needed? I am currently waiting on a call from a tier 2 rep.  I have no family help and the closest family member is my sister who is currently battling stage 4 kidney failure. Please help!

i would suspect USCIS sees bringing a fiancee here is more of a burden at this point than help

u have to keep your income up as he can not work

u need to buy him health care insurance

 

 

at this time your help needs to come from someone in USA like your local (church) ,  co workers,  social workers,  etc

Unfortunately we see situations like this pretty regularly on VJ. Pregnancy alone is not reason enough to expedite, and you'd have to show proof of significant medical complications for it to even be considered. And as @JeanneAdil pointed out, your fiancé being with you would (unfortunately) create a financial burden also since he will be unable to work or drive for a significant period after arrival.

I’m a federal employee and am fully remote so I indicated that I will continue to work and will have paid maternity leave. The burden from the pregnancy as I am having complications has impacted my ability to care for my other children. My doctor also mentioned that I need help. I have no one. He also has an international drivers license so the burden part, he won’t be. I just need to know what do I need to show as far as my health complications from those who have had an expedite due to complications with a high risk pregnancy

I would say, get an official, detailed letter from your doctor indicating the circumstances, get lab results and other medical data and send it to the embassy email NVCExpedite@state.gov   -- I imagine you did all of this already? Can you reach out to your congressman again?

I'd move onto the senator.
