No, administrative processing is not the same for everyone. It can take hours, days, months, years depending on many different factors.

Once again, the question is how to fill out the application and what forms to seek. I have indicated that I have all other info.

Same application for anyone who seeks a tourist B2 visa, DS-160, filed online.  Parents' written permission for their children to travel without them would be good to take to the visa interview.  I agree with others, that the probability of approval is low, but the only risk is losing $160 per visa application.

I understand that people are on edge with long waites and etc but the general feel of VJ welcome attitude has drastically changed in the recent years.

Nationality is relevant, very relevant, which is why people keep asking about it. If you don't know what you are talking about maybe listen to those that do otherwise why bother posting?

 

Few years ago I had a B2 granted. A colleague of mine who has the exact same job as me, same salary, very similar life circumstances, got denied. Only major difference between us is his nationality is an African country whilst mine is EU.

Read the question. Once again, I did not ask about chances and other things. I asked about what documents a minor needs. I appreciate all of you cheering me up with your opinions about how great this kid's chance are but that is not the point.

In this case a lot more, travel to Poland from wherever , hotel costs etc, not going to be cheap.

 

Probably cheaper to go to Disney Paris than apply for a visa

Yeah, makes sense. Maybe they will plan it for the next time they are in the vicinity of Poland.
