Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

as told previously it’s hard to answer your question with zero details 

I am a USC. I filed for husband, he has an 8 year old soon. I didn’t initially file a I-130 for him. My husband case was approved and sent to Nvc. My question is can he still be added at this stage? Will I need to file a petition for him?
