I (F, Greencard holder) want to start applying for my husband's (M, Visa B2) Greencard process.

We are aware that we should start with i-130. However, for now I don't have enough means to become the only sponsor to him. Hence, my husband's stepfather (former Navy, American citizen) is willing to become a joint sponsor.

Do we submit everything at once? Or only when requested? I am a bit confused.

Have you read the guides?  First step is to complete the petition.  Everything else gets submitted later in the process.

So he’s currently in the US on a visitor visa? Which process exactly are you looking at? It’s not clear from your post.

He is on visitor visa to visit his family. He will return to Brazil in about four months.I came to stay, because I have a Greencard.

You would file I-130 now and when you get to NVC then you submit I-864 and supporting docs.

Read this guide, it says US citizens but it’s essentially the same process:
