Hey everyone!

My wife and I are filling the I-130 petition for a CR-1 online. She is a US citizen, living in the US. I'm a Spanish citizen living in Spain. We have a couple questions about some parts of the form:

1) They ask us about a USCIS Online Account Number. We never did any other petition before, so we should mark that we don't have a USCIS Online Account number, right?

2) For the question, "Have you used any other names since birth?" do we include nicknames that we have used during messages? Such as a nickname that is unrelated to our original name for example Emily -> Mia, a nickname that is different version of the real name for example Emily -> Emmy, and other nicknames that have no legal documents to it?

3) There's also a part about Class of Admission. I have never done any immigration process for the US before. If I have never lived long term in the US before, I shouldn't select one of the Class Of Admissions options? I did visit the US under a VWP/ESTA for two weeks and I'm not sure if that counts.

Thank you for your time!

1. Yes leave it blank

2. No. Don’t include pet name to each other

3. No it only applied if u are in the US.

Correct, but instead of blank for number 1, I would enter all zeros

3.  This question applies only if the beneficiary is currently in the USA.  Look at the form more carefully and you will see that.  Read all questions carefully.  Some will not apply to you.
