i130 online submission

Hi

i got this message after filling i130 online. I called USCIS agent and they told me to wait one month and send an email to lockbox. I am really confused. Any one got this type of message?

Do you have receipt number for the I-130, itself?  Not for the payment...for the I-130.????

Did you get a screen saying the I-130 had been completed or submitted?   Are you sure it actually uploaded?

usually when its not complete. the form still in your account

That is just a way to get you off the phone......that person was lazy.....

No. Still in draft status. But can not edit or open the case

Agree as sending documents to the lockbox will do nothing

u don't have a receipt so no case number

how would the lockbox know what office will be handling the case and where to send additional documents?

and how do u know what documents to send as the notice does not say

You can speak to a live rep through Emma on the website. When you go into Emma, type Live agent, it should give you a list to select from, I usually select technical difficulties.. once you get the rep, declare yourself with whatever questions they ask and just let them know you filed online and the error message you get. Hopefully they should be able to assist you.
