  1. My beneficiaries used gmail. It all worked. Tho USCIS can be very slow to send emails. But it was only a few days for us, not 20...
  2. I went through K-1 visa process 15 years ago. So please treat my response with a grain of salt. I would say that either K-1 or I-129F are much safer than UFU program. Because that's a straight path to green card and citizenship, while under UFU it's not at all clear. With K-1, you'd have to apply for your fiance and wait for her to be approved overseas. 15 years ago that took a year. Under I-129F, she/he can enter US right away and can wait for AOS in the country. But my main recommendation is to pay a couple of hundred of $$$ to a good immigration lawyer for a consultation. Filling out paperwork is easy on your own, but knowing which path to take is worth spending the money on the lawyer.
  3. I am pretty sure that all you need is the travel authorization document. My beneficiary hasn't been through this yet, but that's how I understand it. It's even called "travel authorization" document
  4. Yea, the form is unclear. Don't overthink it tho - do what (mostly) makes sense. I had to put in only roughly correct amount too. It worked just fine.
  5. I know about this. But the program details aren't clear on families. I am talking about a married couple, where they already approved the husband (he has Ukrainian citizenship).
  6. Hi, did anyone encounter a case where one person in a family has non-Ukrainian passport? I am sponsoring a husband and a wife and the husband is Ukrainian and the wife is Russian. The husband got the travel authorization approved right away and the wife's case is been submitted and waiting. Any experience with what happens next and how long the wait is? Also how do you get through to a USCIS agent? I called 5 times and no matter what I say, the automated system answers and hangs up. I can't figure out how to get to a live person.
  7. About the submission problems. I had a few too. It does seem like a purely technical problem. I was able to submit at a later time. Keep trying.
  8. I see. I'm sorry, I don't know about this. I am one step behind you in filing for a married couple. I would say that "make sense" doesn't always apply to government. Maybe you do have to create a separate account for the daughter too?
  9. Hey, you have to submit I-134 for every person separately. Once I-134 is approved, each person then has to fill out their part. And indicate each other as a travel group. That's what I understand the process is. I haven't gone through all of it yet. And made the same mistake too - only submitted I-134 for the "main" person. Had to submit another I-134 for the spouse after I found this out.
  10. Just wanted to confirm with this group since I've heard some rumors about this.... That you need to fill out i-134 for every family member. So if it's a husband and wife, then you fill out two i-134's. But when you apply online, it asked me about husband and wife. One person was the "main" beneficiary (I put down the husband) and you could "attach" family members to him. Is this correct for online? Do I need to fill out another i-134 for the wife? Thank you everyone!
  11. Does anyone know what kind of information do they ask for in the biographic section?
