Delivery address in Poland

My Russian wife (IR1) and daughter (IR2) got an interview scheduled in Poland in mid April. We are trying to preparing the interview. One of the things to do is to register their visa delivery address. Since the interview is held in Poland, I need to register at https://cgifederal.secure.force.com/?language=English&country=Poland but it keeps taking me into Russian site indicating "Apply US Visa in Russia" instead of "Apply US Visa in Poland" at the top. I do not know if it is because my wife made a profile to apply US tourist visa in Russia before or simply her nationality is Russia and take her to Russian site as default. When I try to choose the delivery address at "New Application /  Schedule Appointment" --> "Visa Type" (Immigrant Visa) --> it only has a choice of Moscow at "Post" instead of Warsaw. If I keep going to "Personal Data" to enter delivery address, it says enter Russian address only.

What did anyone who is Russian who already had an account in https://cgifederal.secure.force.com but whose case was transferred to Poland, do to register delivery address in Poland?

Also, is MBE pick up address in Warsaw the following?:

Mail Boxes Etc. Warsaw
ul. Wiertnicza 115,

Warszawa, Poland

02-952

...taking me into Russian site indicating "Apply US Visa in Russia"...

I had exactly the same problem.

You need to create a new account that will be linked to Poland instead of Russia.

Support said that account couldn't be transferred.

I had a problem doing that though: when you're creating a new Poland account with a passport # which is linked to Russian account, you get an error saying something like: "passport is already used blah-blah"

The way to fix it is to put letter N between passport series and number, for example: 40N1234567.

I'm not sure if this is a right way to do it but it worked for me. I didn't do any scheduling with this account yet though.

Please do share if you'll find another way.

Yes I just tried to create a new account and tried that. i got the error saying the same profile already exists in the system and asked me to transfer the account to the previous (existing) one. Somehow I didn't get the same error as you did and I was able to trasnfer. but now when I tried to log back in to the old account, the site blocked me from accessing for 72 hours due to suspicious activity. I have to wait and see till I can access again.....this is very frustrating.

Updates: I got the email from the customer support that they sent me a new temporary password and they kept my new account. When I tried back in to the new account, it immediately asked me to change the password and I was able to go through pick a passport delivery location based in Poland. I think they deleted my old account since I cannot log back in anymore.

How long does it take now to get a passport with visa after interview at US Embassy in Warsaw, especially for those who are coming to Warsaw just for the interview (e.g., Belarusians, Russians)? The website says 3-5 business days, but it seems that people are able to oick up the passport either the next day or in 1 business day... Just trying to plan the purchase of tickets to the US...
