In the section where information about the petitioner's parents info is filled in, it is asked for their city and country of residency. But they don't live anywhere, because they are deceased. And there's no option to state that in the online form.

Is it the last place they resided would be the correct answer?

I would just type "N/A (Deceased)" in those fields. This is what I did for my husband's mother in all our paperwork and I have never had issues with that.

Same.  We also put "(Deceased)" for city and country of residence.  We also had no issues with it.

And you had no issues with it, BECAUSE it was absolutely the correct answer and proper response.  😉

Thank you all.

On the online form, it doesn't allow me to input the '/' or parenthesis. So what I did was I put 'NA - deceased' in the city. For country, it's only a drop-down menu and doesn't allow for me to type, so I left it blank.

Just deceased would have been fine.  Just for reference, forms allow typing "not applicable".
