N-400 March 2022 Filers

Wife just submitted N-400 today via the 3-yr marriage route (I-751 still pending).

2019-03-19: AOS concurrent filing (I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131) sent; AOS from F-1 Visa

2019-03-21: AOS package received

2019-03-26: All NOA1s received (dated 3-21)

2019-04-05: Received biometrics notice

2019-04-08: Walk-in biometrics completed

2019-04-10: Received email that case is ready to be scheduled for an interview

2019-04-16: Received email that interview was scheduled

2019-05-28: Green card approved at end of interview; email that case was approved received shortly after!

2021-03-06: I-751 package sent (delivered 03-09)

2021-04-02: $680 personal check fee cashed

2021-04-06: I-797 NOA (18-month extension letter) received, dated 04-01

2021-04-13: Fingerprints applied to I-751 case

Hello March filers,

 

Submitted my file yesterday online. Got the receipt notice but not bio reuse. Just had my interview cleared for i-751 as well on 3/7/22. Actually got the i-751 cleared in a year ( filled feb 21) which i think was a fair time.

 

 

N-400 Showing 19 months as of now. LOL. one last hurdle and hopefully i  never have to face them again... :P

November 10, 2022: Oath Ceremony

I130 Minor Children:

December 20, 2022: I-130 Filed Online

November 15, 2023: Approval Notice

November 19, 2023: NVC Received

December 11, 2023: DQ'ed

Hey, did you login, and then select "Documents" rather than "Case History"? My biometric reuse letter is located there

Just a receipt notice there as well. I guess they want to see me again . LOL

Same. I dont mind going in for bio. Just hope everything gets done in a timely manner. Been lucky with my i-751. Got it done withing an year with a interview. People have been hanging in air for 2-3 years.

I am not sure it my local office is slow but it is more than a week now and No movement.. ugh. Yeah I heard of that i-751 and there are some N400 too..

I might be automatic. As i have seen people getting the reuse bio notice within couple of hours. I am not sure if this was the actual office updating in couple of hours.

What is your local office ?

suggestions needed, please~

I am just about to file online

I was divorce waive (no children) to get the 10 year green card, I attached the copy of green card, divorce certificate, tax return (2017-2020, not file 2021 yet)

what else should I attach as well? feel kind of empty  (oops)

 

 

N-400 Timeline

 

2022/03/01: 90 days filing window open

2022/03/20: Filed N-400 online

2022/03/21: Case received, no biometrics required

2022/03/21: Online status change to Case is being Actively Reviewed by USCIS

2022/08/15: Interview was scheduled

2022/09/20: Interview Date

2022/09/20: Citizenship Approved
