Translated documents for I-130 form

Here's my situation. I had a religious wedding ceremony in Colombia and received a marriage certificate. When I came back to the states I registered my marriage certificate with the Colombian Consulate. They took my marriage certificate and gave me a civil registry of marriage document. The title of this document is "Organización Electoral Registraduria Del Estado Civil".

Now, form I-130 asks for a copy of my marriage certificate and they want it translated into English. So, my question is do I need to have both documents translated or only the marriage certificate?

religious certificate won't be recognized, you need the civil one.

Isn't that what the document the consulate gave me in return? It states that "The undersigned VICECONSUL certifies that this document is a true COPY of the CIVIL
MARRIAGE REGISTRY taken from its original that is filed in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs".

I would get copies of both and get them translated (front and back) in Colombia..much cheaper. Better to have more than later need it. Im in same boat but had a civil marriage and its the same thing and had to be translated.
