I didn't. Basically, everything that I have already submitted, I did not submit again. Only "new" evidence.

Here's my timeline so far:

-Sent: Sept 20th

-Received notification that my case was received: Sept 27th

-Fingerprints added to my case: Oct 5th

Now I'm just waiting on the notification letter so I can use in December. @Fe.Ta did you receive your already?

We have ours, just waiting on biometrics.

What is your service center?

We received ours last week! So feeling much more at ease.

Our service center is Phoenix.

Our case says that fingerprints were added to the petition.. does this mean that I won't have biometrics? or they can add the fingerprints and call you in for biometrics anyway?

Thanks!

You won’t need to do biometrics.

I'm getting a little confused about when to send my ROC, because my Green card expires on FEB 11, and I have 90 days to prepare it. I am planing to send it on FEB 1 bcs the letter says if you send it too soon they will reject it.

@Fe.Ta have you already sent it??

Use the calculator. Your window opened Nov. 11th. You have until February, but better get to work soon.

When I use it on the USCIS website it does not give me any date, leaves a blank space where it should show me the date

Sunday, November 13, 2022

Is the earliest you could have filed for ROC. Its recommended that you give 2-3 day window just to avoid that rejection notice.

Remember there is a difference b/w Rejection and Denied.

You can file for it today if you wanted but def do so before your GC expiry date.

I just did it with the date you gave me. It works. You might be doing something wrong.

@Mobius1 thanks so much! I was getting super anxious !!

So, great! I can have it done and send it mid Jan.

Thanks so much everyone! ❤️

Glad to hear.

Try to overwhelm them with evidence. The heavier the stack of papers (Evidence relevant to the marriage), higher the chance of no-interview approval.

@Mobius1 did you add proof/bank statements since the last interview or the last 6 months?
