Tax form ok or not to use?

From our understanding you use only documents from the time of the green card established up until you send off the package.  Green card established 3/10/2020, but taxes filed 3/3-3/4/2020.  Should we use these taxes even tho just slightly before the conditional green card established or are these taxes no good to use for the package?  Ty in advance!

First of all, they are documents that show the relationship since you got married, not since the gc approval. To give you an example, my gc was approved on 04/2020, but we were living together under a joint lease since 2018 and had our joint bank since 2019. We sent 2019 bank statements and 2018-2019 leases.
Second, why do you have two dates on your taxes?

Read the instructions. It says you need to submit documents since you entered the marriage.

Since USCIS hasn’t seen your 2020 joint tax returns yet, definitely include your 2020 tax transcript

You mean 2019? It's actually OP's 2019 tax return if it was filed in 03/2020. Always a good idea to include that.

Thank you so much for that clarification I see it now in the instructions, will definitely get everything we have possible with both names since date of marriage up until now.

I didn’t but assumed it was obvious 2021 be included for a RoC. Since,

then clearly USCIS never the 2020 joint tax return. And by this one the IRS would have a tax transcript to print so that is better.

And given the timing, I doubt USCIS saw the 2019 tax return either.
