How many boxes on Form N-652 are checked?

The number you wrote could be your A-number.

Do you recall IO telling you about any outstanding documents or RFE?

There is an active thread on here for people stuck in "Decision cannot be made."

I believe it's 120 business days..

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

Have you had a green card or immigration benefit before with a different A number?

I suspect they noticed another file in their system for you with a different record number, and need to get it pulled from their archives.

2 boxes were checked. (1) You passed the test of English and U.S history and government.(2) A decision can not yet be made about your application. She did not asked me anything about my documents, she took my documents for a copy and told me I will back from her in the next 3 weeks

Or did you ever have a student visa in the past perhaps?

Failing that, perhaps someone with the same name and date of birth popped-up in their system, so they have to check it out.

I came in through a married visa, and we have divorced 2 years ago. I never had a student visa

Was your ex a natural born American or also an immigrant at one time? Perhaps they need to pull their file?

I believe this is the issue:

If so and even if it isn’t, you can force a decision by suing USCIS in federal district court.

Wow.  Just....wow.
