Contact the embassy, they made a mistake. You remain IR2 as long as you are not married. On your ceac, does it show IR2 or F11?

How old were you when your mum filed the I-130 petition for you?  Was your mum already a US citizen at that time?

Hi. I emailed NVC and Nvc said that they can’t help me with my inquiry. They said I have to contact the embassy

No no

No no

Sounds like a clerical error.  I would contact the embassy.  Other options would be for you or your mother to contact her senator/congressional rep or the USCIS ombudsman to get it corrected.

Good luck and please let us know how you go.
