I am a US citizen. My wife used me for greencard and i need to file an annulment. what kind of evidence do i need for annulment?
Thanks in advance

This is not an immigration issue.  You should consult with a local divorce attorney who is familiar with the courts in your state.

Agree very State specific, I think I have seen 2 annulments actually happen on here, thousands asked about.

Your Lawyer is the best person to advise you.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

~ Moved from Removal of Conditions to Off Topic as the question is not immigration related ~

~ Duplicate thread removed. Please do not start multiple threads asking the same question as that’s considered spamming per TOS ~
