No copy, we did the packet in a binder and then read here that they don't like binders. So we redid everything and kept the binder as the copy. I remember signing the form in the binder. But I was so tired when I was putting the second packet together that I honestly can't remember if I signed that or not. Husband says he signed both times so hopefully I did too.

I understand what you say about panicking. I checked my package and I do have a copy, however, I did not make a copy of the check and I AM HOPING I signed it.

I just want my text messages, that's all. Not so much to ask!

So far so good mailed packet on the 4th of January and USCIS received it on the 6th of January. Got the text message with case number beginning with SRC (Texas Service Center) on 8th of January. Not worried about the check not being cashed as Uncle Sam will get his money!!!!

Still waiting on my text messages

Fingers crossed anytime soon. I got mine on a Saturday so there is also tomorrow for this week.

I think I know why my text notifications are delayed.

I certainly did include my G1145. However, instead of placing it on top of the package, I attached it on the i-751.

Here is the order of my package

Cover

Cover letter

Form G1145

Form I751

I should have placed form G1145 on top. Who knows now when they'll get to it.

Yeah that could be it. But they will surely look at the 751 to see if its signed so they will see the 1145 then. Text Messages  also come on Sunday not just Saturday.  They are computer generated and controlled so no one is actually texting you. They load up a bunch of numbers put them in the queue then the computer does the rest. Their favorite times are midnight!

Guess what! Just received the notification! It's going to LIN service center. My understanding is that they route cases without an interview to LIN.

If it were the case, I would be the second person with no interview for AOS or ROC
