Hi, I have filed for AOS in October and I recently got “Request for evidence” for most of the forms I have submitted.

RFE letter says that I have to submit the latest form with signature.

but I am pretty sure that I signed and all the forms were latest edition. ( I have the copies with me)

And I have a question.

the reason why I got RFE could be because I put “N/A” on blank for A-number?
I didn’t have my A-number and USCIS account that time, so I put N/A.

I am so confused. I went to lawyer to check our documents and she said good to go before i filed, but now I’m stuck.

if anyone know this problem, please help me.

thank you for reading.

you do have one

Your immigrant visa, also called a visa stamp or visa foil, is found in your passport. Your A-Number is identified as the “Registration Number” in the top right portion of the visa stamp.Jul 25, 2021

Doesn't sound like OP has an immigrant visa.

Thank you for your replies.

i came to the US using B2visa so I didn’t have registration number.

I have control number on B2 visa but it doesn’t match my A number that I have now.

RFE letter says All pages of the form are not present or of the same edition date.

(but I printed out all at the same time)

I will print out all the docs again together and submit them with A number and USCIS online account.

I will come back here for the answer from USCIS.

thank you again!

i also have this kind of RFE saying they missed some pages, but i did made a copy before i sent so its not true.

But for RFE, i just resent everything again, online,  after double check it again if i missed something. Thats all we can do.
