I have been attempting to get in touch with the NVC regarding my case, but can never ever get through. This is on multiple occasions. My case is at the Nebraska NVC.

Any idea if the there is an ideal time to call to get through. I am calling from Japan and there is no toll free number, so if I call I’d like to speak with someone.

I am sure it it is in Nebraska. We are moving to Indiana. When I looked it up, it told me Nebraska NVC.

There is no Nebraska NVC. Has your petition been approved yet at USCIS?

There's one NVC and that's in New Hampshire. So not sure what you were looking at.

**I see your previous post about NVC. All contact info was in your welcome letter. But here's NVC's number. Best time to call is early morning or late at night. They are always busy and you could be on hold for hours.

Phone (for immigrant visa inquiries only): (603) 334-0700

Customer Service Representatives are available from 7:00 AM to 12:00 midnight Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Due to high call volumes, wait times may exceed 30 minutes

I just doubled checked. I was confused. My service center was Nebraska. My case is now at the NVC and I am waiting on my NOA 2 (the interview date if I am correct) All initial documents were accepted 9/21/2021

NOA2 is the I-130 petition approval notice from USCIS.  You probably mean you're waiting for your interview letter (IL).

Did you get an email from NVC with subject "Documentarily Qualified"?

I didn't get an email stating this but on the portal all my documents are deemed accepted. Even though all my documents have been accepted NVC asked me for my proof of income in Japan and I submitted it, but they still haven't looked at it.

Without that email, your case is not DQ and will not be put in line for interview.

When did you submit the additional required document?
