Once we have a case number is there an app like we had on our phones to be able to track the progress or will we just need to go to the website to track?

It is a sheet that you can use to decode your case number with the NVC. You can figure out when they received your case using it!

Called the NVC this evening and was told my case arrived there today! 😁 so now to wait for the case # to be created. Hoping it makes the next shipment out in December 🥳

We got the same NOA2 date! I plan to call nvc next Wed!

Sorry I am just now getting back to you but I had to use the chart today to decode my case #, so maybe I can explain it better 🙂 you’re going to use this chart to decode the 3 numbers after the year in your case #. Those 3 numbers for me were 828. You then subtract 500 for that, making it 328 for me, find that number on the chart and it will correspond to the exact day your case was given a number. Make sense? Mine was given a number on November 24 per the chart🙂

Also for anyone wanting to call the NVC today, I called at 8:20 AM EST and got through on the first ring. Never happened to me before so today might be a good day to call!

I called on Wednesday the person I speak to she said nothing yet, she asked me its 16 days yet since approval I said not yet. so I guess I have to wait 16 days then I can call back to ask
