Hi Guys. I am about to send my letter to USCIS. I got divorced and I am sending a copy of my divorce decree with the letter on the adress on my receipt notice. Do I have to use a FedEx or can I just use a regular mail? Thank you

I would  use USPS priority mail.

2 questions,

1. Are you requesting to change to a divorce waiver?

2. Are you responding to an RFE

If you have a complete mailing address (normal street, suite number) type address you can send it any way you wish. May be nice to have tracking and a receipt that it was delivered.

If you have a P,.O. box type address you must use the postal service.

Good luck to you.
