Im over 14 months and its so annoying!! Many of us are in the same boat. i think they did pause i130s, i try so hard not to feel sad when people who submitted months after us are at a different service center and are approved because I know the feeling of being separate from your partner and its so difficult. I just wish they would speed up the process its kind of ridiculous!!!!

it's so frustrating and upsetting. Submitted an expedite request over a month ago and nothing, requested a 2nd Tier call and nothing. we are going in to 15 months. seems like they delay cases from Middle east and Africa on purpose because I see cases from other countries that submitted after us getting approved even cases was filed this year.

I checked my status online. They changed the date for today date but didn’t change nothing else the message still the same first it was January 27, 2022 and case is being reviewed by the US CIS and I checked today I see that they change the date to November 9, 2022 but the message still say case has been received by the US CIS do you know what does that mean is it that they’re working on it and I’m going to get respond soon or I have to wait another eighth month

If it changed to ACTIVELY REVIEWING second time, it is most probably approval.  Did you check with USCIS online account documents tab?

So if they change the date, but actually says, actively reviewing that mean is going to get approved soon

I understand the message is not changed.  It is ACTIVELY REVIEWED happened second time

1.  Do you have online account in uscis.gov?  if you have login and check the documents tab.

2.  If you do not have uscis.gov and if you applied through paper,  then wait for a week to see if approval notice coming in mail
