Submitting additional documents to embassy using DX?

Hi, first time user of this forum,

I had my visa interview on the 9th of September and was told I need to submit one additional original document. I was told I would receive an email with all the information in, however I still have not received it. I contacted the courier service DX and they informed me that I need a barcode from the embassy to submit documents. I then tried to contact immigrant visa services at the embassy but it seems I am unable to speak to a human, just a robot referring me to web pages, sent emails to three different relevant addresses I found but still no reply.

Can anyone advise?

Thanks for your time.

This is what the embassy website says in their FAQs

If you have been asked to submit your passport or any additional documents, you should log on to your account via https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-gb and print off a Courier-in Receipt.

Contacting the London embassy is by their contact form on their website

https://uk.usembassy.gov/visas/iv-contact_form/

Hiya,

I would maybe try and use the enquiry form on the website to ask them what you need to do. Also, If they gave you a green form it has an email address on the top of it so you could try emailing that address and see what they say.

Good luck
