Could you please clarify what you mean by your NOA1 date? Was this the date that your case was physically received by USCIS or the date that they printed as your notification date on the NOA1?

My case was physically received by USCIS on 12/29/2020; the date that USCIS issued my NOA was in March 2021. The NOA has both the receipt date from March as well as the received date of 12/29. I’m trying to determine how close my process is to your timeline of “10.5 months”. Thank you!

USCIS goes by "received date" not when you actually receive the NOA-1. Because of the delay from November - March many people confused this. Therefore your NOA-1 should be 12/29 and you are well outside normal processing times.

NOA1 Date is for me the date when they received my pettition. NOA1 notifications got delayed so much that we received the notification in paper from from them on 02/02/2021 with our NOA1 date 11/02/2020. I´m not even considering the date of actual notification in Feb, because it´s irrelevant in that whole visa process. :)
