SEPTEMBER 2021 NVC SUBMISSIONS

Got RFE, for Passport bio page & Police certificate which was earlier submitted and approved. 

 

Timeline:

- I-130 submitted NOA1 (19th Feb)

- NOA2 Approved June 26th

- Case created June 28th

- All NVC Docs submitted 9th July

- 1st RFE 14th Sept, Incorrect signs on Household members I864 doc, sent within 24hrs

- 2nd RFE 14th Dec, Passport & Police certificate missing (Prior submitted and accepted in 1st RFE) && Main sponsor no job (therefore no direct tax filing), household member's current years tax filing submitted twice once under petitioners tax for recent year (Rejected, asked to move under household members section, already done previously) and other under household members section.

2019-03-17 - AOS package sent; concurrent filing (I-130, I-485, I-765) (USPS) 

2019-03-19 - AOS package received

2019-03-27 - All NOA1s arrived 

2019-04-04 - Biometrics notice arrived

2019-04-18 - Biometrics appointment

2019-04-17 - Online status updated to "Case is Ready to be Scheduled for an Interview"

2019-04-18 - Online status updated to "Fingerprint review completed"

2019-05-08 - AP application mailed (USPS)

2019-05-10 - AP application received

2019-06-06 -  Case status changed to "I-131 Case Was Approved and should arrive in mail"

we have a small sample here in VJ, so we cannot have a statistical significance over all 🙂

I am also checking my email constantly because sometimes it goes in my Spam folder.

We are almost done with these week so hopefully we hear something soon if not next week

That is very useful information as well for me as my submission date was 29th Sep. So it is coming nearby.

Sept 19th for us... Holding my breath that we get DQ today or tomorrow. Before the weekend would be great. 

USCIS

10/15/2020 - Filed I-130 online

10/15/2020 - NOA1 (Nebraska Service Center)

03/17/2021 - Case status changed to "actively reviewing"  

04/02/2021 - Case status "actively reviewing" again (with the updated date)

04/02/2021 - Later that day... Case approved!  (NOA2)

04/05/2021 - Case sent from USCIS to NVC

04/08/2021 - NVC received case and assigned case number and IIN (notified via email) 

04/10/2021 - AOS + IV fees paid

04/15/2021 - IV completed
