Hello again everyone, moving along on our K1 visa petition and we are now working on the letter of intent to marry. Couple questions if i may. i have found conflicting evidence on this document(s) and hope the knowledgable group here may be able to shed some light on the subject. Do the petitioner AND the beneficiary EACH need to submit separate letters of intent, or is one letter of intent to marry with both parties signing acceptable.  Next question, do the signatures of each party need to be wet signatures or will a copy of the beneficiaries signature on the document be accepted?  any help. opinions. suggestions or experience on this matter is of course greatly appreciated. thanks, mike

We did ours as a joint letter.  No problems or RFEs.

We did 1 letter with both of our signatures, no RFEs. Either might be ok
