Hello everyone, I called NVC to ask how we will pass our civil documents and financial documents since we cannot upload them via the CEAC website. They told us we need to send the documents via mail to the NVC, in the welcome letter there is a link showing their mailing address but the website page could no longer be found. Does anyone know their mailing address?

Also, we are 5 applicants, do we send our documents in one envelope or do we separate it? Any help is appreciated, thank you!

If your petition was originally processed using paper mail, you will have to submit documents to them via paper mail too. You cannot change it later on unfortunately.

Not sure where you got the idea that paper-filed petitions cannot submit documents to NVC via CEAC upload.  That contradicts what NVC says repeatedly on their official website, as well as the experience of many, many members here who filed their petition via mail.

"Step 9: Upload and Submit Scanned Documents

IMPORTANT: Do not send any documents to NVC by mail."

https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/the-immigrant-visa-process/step-8-scan-collected-documents/step-9-upload-and-submit-scanned-documents.html

"Who signs the forms and where are they submitted?

The petitioner/financial sponsor must complete and sign the appropriate Affidavit of Support form. Incomplete forms, including those missing pages, will not be accepted. The completed forms and supporting documents must be submitted in CEAC to NVC with the visa applicant’s civil documents."

Hello, it says in our welcome letter that:

"Step 4: Collect financial documents (visit https://nvc.state.gov/aos and https://nvc.state.gov/fin to see if this is
required for your case).

Step 5: Collect supporting documents (visit https://nvc.state.gov/document to see if this is required for your case).
Step 6: Submit financial and supporting documents in one package to NVC. (Our mailing address can be found at
https://nvc.state.gov/mail.)"

I also called NVC recently, and they said we would have to mail them to them complete with the document cover sheet.

Yes, we did that. I tried mailing it using DHL, but unfortunately they do not accept PO boxes. They need a physical address, so would it be safe to include this address: National Visa Center Attn: DR 31 Rochester Ave. Suite 1000 Portsmouth, NH 03801-2914 along with the one listed on their website?
