In the same situation, now almost two years.  All we can really do is hope they come to their senses over there and open for tourism.

Been a while since I last checked in here. My girlfriend and I have been waiting almost 2 years now to see each other again. So I'm curious what the current travel restrictions are for the Philippines, and if there is some way I can enter?

Unless you are married to a filipina or already have a residence visa, nobody is getting in

YMMV

I've heard some people are using webwedmobile.com to get married and then they are allowed to enter. Is this still an option?

You don't need to use webwed and arrange it all yourself and can avoid the fee.  It has been reported that it has been successful for getting into the PI.

YMMV

Oh nice. Would you happen to know a resource where I can learn about getting married online? What the requirements are, etc.

Let me understand this, If my Fiance is in the Philippines, and we already met but did not marry, you're saying that I can bypass Philippine Marriage requirements, Marry her online and that marriage is binding in the Philippines? or binding only in the US?

Is there anything more recent?  I know the US is not on the Green list as of yet, which would shorten the quarantine period to 7 days,  but are US Passport holders able to travel at all? perhaps to see their Fiance? the restrictions are changing by the month.

Currently you can only go with a visa AND an exemption AND have a spouse or child there. Follow the Philippines Bureau of Immigration page on FB. The always update any and all changes there and they respond to PM's as well.

A recognized marriage in the US is recognized outside the country and vice versa.

YMMV
