Hi all,

I just submitted for my parents, I don't see many new threads so hoping I can tag along here for August. I filed both my forms online and they are both accepted in Texas Service Center.

Applied online on Jun 15th for both parents.

My father’s case is shows “As of July 1, 2021, we are actively reviewing your Form I-130”

But mother's case has not changed yet. “Case Was Received and A Receipt Notice Was Sent”

Does anyone have the same issue? Or for your both parents status has been changed.

Does anyone have an answer for this? Should I get “actively reviewing “ status for both parents?

Your parents' cases are separate and independent of each other.  At the petition stage, it's possible for each case to have a different status and timeline from the other.

Forgot to change address in my profile so receipt notice got sent to the wrong address in a different state. And from the online copy looks like the case got sent to Potomac so that sucks.

OMG, the same thing happened to me. I didn't even realize it pulled an address from my profile. I used my address on the forms though, but changed in the system again after my realization. Hopefully it doesn't go to Potomac.

Filed for my parents online on June 7th 2021 and I received the recipe notice online on June 7th 2021.

It should have gone to the Nebraska processing center, but due to the issue with the address on my profile I'm not sure. My reciept notice has Potomac.

I-130 petition assignment to a service center is not based on the petitioner's residential address.  The assignment is effectively random, and USCIS can (and does) transfer cases to other SCs based on their internal processes for workload balancing.

I Submitted July 9th for my mother, currently status shows case under review as of July 29th. I tried to expedite 3 times under humanitarian basis and sever financial hardship, got rejected. I reached out to Senators but got no help. Literally under the mercy of USCIS. I know it is a June thread but I just needed to find some support and hopefully if any of the cases here gets approved, that will give me some positive energy that our turn will be coming soon.

Hello guys, Do I need to pay the AOS each petition for my mom and dad or do I only pay it once?

Before paying the fees I read this note on top of the fees need to be paid.

"If you are a U.S. citizen with petitions for your unmarried son(s), unmarried daughter(s), and/or parent(s) also in process at the National Visa Center, you only need to submit one AOS Fee for this case and all Related Cases."

If I only need to pay one AOS,  how can I waived the other AOS fee to my other parent petition?

Hope someone can answer. Thanks
