We finally received our NOA2 today.  I know I have to fill out I-134, but after that is completed, do I send that to my fiance to bring with him to his interview?

I noticed that the form says it expires 2/28/2021. Have they changed the forms?

They go by the edition date in tbe bottom left corner.   OMB expiration is NOT form expiration.

YMMV

Just checked left hand corner of each page and the only thing it says is " form I-134 02/13/19" I searched USCIS and this was the only one so I guess this is it. Thanks 😊

Did you click on FORM DETAILS  - Edition Date?

02/13/19. We will publish a new edition of this form soon. In the meantime, you may continue using the 02/13/19 edition despite the expiration date. You can find the edition date at the bottom of the page on the form and instructions.

YMMV

Hoping you can answer another question. I'm reading alot of different things in regards to NVC and I'm a little confused.

1) do I receive communication via mail or email from the NVC?

2) am I paying fees to the NVC and/or uploading documents to the NVC?

Sorry, I personally don’t know the answer to question #1 and #2 because your these questions pertain to K-1 visa and I have no knowledge about it, but for CR-1/IR-1 visa, then yes you would have received communication from NVC...first from snail mail and then you can set up an account with them for email delivery of everything....and yes, you will be paying fees to the NVC and uploading documents and filling applications with NVC.

Any update would be appreciated from you as to how things went for you...
