Hello!

We are Lvivlovers and we sent our forms in March.

May be someone could help me with the advice,we are waiting almost 4 month for NOA2 for CR1 and K3 visa, but still there is no any results,

I begin to worry, because most of all I am crazy in love with my husband and I don’t want to miss any single day without him in this waiting process,

May be someone could answer me why the California Service Center can’t prove our forms still?

Especially I can’t understand why the processing time statistic shows another results here:

With respect,

The processing time is different from center to an other and it depends on how many cases they're working on.

We received our NOA2 on our K3 after 94 days but our CR1 took 121 days. We filed for our CR1 on Jan 6 and our K3 Feb 28th this year. We went through the CSC as well. I have heard California has been a little slower the last thirty to 45 days. Don't worry you are much closer than when you started. I should not be long now!! ###### Luck Lvivlovers

Oleksandra: We have the same case, filed for I-130 last March 23, 2007 at CSC, not even a touch... which gets me worried.. sometimes I am thinking my papers were misplaced somewhere in those stockpile...

My K-3 was just recently received at CSC which I have last March 29, 2007...

I am just glad we have this forum to somehow know we are not the only ones out there waiting... gives you a hint of hope.

I am just hoping that my papers would be approved soon....

Good luck to both of you, I hope it's not too much longer until you receive your NOA2s. I was worried that I hadn't received a touch on my I130 since it's NOA1 on the 24th April but as there are still March filers I know I shouldn't start worrying for another month or so.

Keep smiling!

Cheryl

Oleksandra,

I remember your husband, Lvivlovers, and looked at his posts to remind me of your situation. You are a couple weeks behind Tanya and me.

I-130/I-129F (CR-1/K3) petitions at CSC have been a little more screwed up lately than normal. In early April, CSC received many (maybe about 100,000) petitions for H1B visas. They all come at once. CSC got buried, even worse than normal.

I wasn't seeing any progress with our petitions, and figured out how to call CSC. THis is something your husband might be able to do. (He needs to be looking for an RFE he hasn't received yet.) I found out that our petitions were approved, but they didn't send me the NOA2 for them for another month. In fact, the I-129F (K3) documents got to the National Visa Center at the end of May, long before I got the NOA2. I found out about that by calling NVC and giving them my I-129F CSC receipt number. They were soon able to give me the case number that my wife will interview under in Moscow later this year. We then got caught up in a bit of Administrative Process, which was very frustrating at the time, but that's another story.

So, you might encourage your husband to call either CSC or NVC since it is possible that your petitions are approved and the notices simply aren't out yet. If he doesn't know how to do that (it has been described a lot in the past several weeks in different posts) ask him to PM me and I'll try to help him.

Good luck! The separation is, for sure, very hard. But you are much closer to the end now than at the end of winder.
