Hi I'm confused  between what it is and when it's applied inquiry and when is expedite.

I'm about to process cr1 and many people use it by medical or psychological emergency, but I don't understand the difference.

someone could help me.

Expedites are handled on a case-by-case basis.  There is no list of acceptable expedite reasons, and if you need to shop around for one, then you probably do not qualify.

If you do have something in your life that you think is valid, then send the expedite request to USCIS with a full explanation of the reason and supporting evidence.  If it is medical or psychological, then the evidence would be from your physical/mental healthcare provider.

Expedites requests need to be done twice for CR-1.  First is during the I-130 phase:  a request need to be made to USCIS after you submit the I-130.  Second is during the NVC phase:  a request needs to be made to NVC (after they receive the approved I-130 from USCIS) for them to either quickly review the documents you submit to them or to skip document review and have the embassy handle the case expeditiously.

Please, do not ask for what to write for the expedite request.  Again, each case is personal and there is no boilerplate.

An inquiry is merely a question.  An expedite request is asking for your case to jump to the front of the queue. USCIS has criteria for what they will consider.  An I-130/CR-1 expedite request is normally for a condition affecting the US citizen.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..
