Hello everyone! So I submit a inquiry about my case been out processing time and I received this message: “Your case is currently under review. You should receive a decision or notice of other action shortly.” If someone had received that message after how long y’all received the EAD card/approved case? Thanks for reading. Good luck everyone! 🤞🍀 ps: I expedite (even if its out processing time) because i have a job offer and i asked for Congressional help.
Hello everyone, yesterday I turned 11 months without approval in Texas, on August 26 my husband made an inquiry out of time, after 10 days they replied that in the course of 60 days I would answer if they approved or asked for more evidence, I have 4 years of relationship with my husband, 2 years ago we made Civil Union in my country Ecuador, but only until last year we got married legally, at the beginning of the petition he only sent photos of our wedding, Why they take so long in this Texas office??? if normally they approve in a few months, I'm really desperate
Hi All. I am officially waiting over 6 months for my NOA2. At the time I filed my petition I was quoted 5 1/2 to 7 months. Technically there is more time. However, last week when speaking to a TIER2 officer she said I can file an inquiry after 6 months. There was no discussion on how it should be done so I did it through the website. I received an email reply that they would assign to an officer and to allow until April 28th. I researched here on VJ prior to doing so and couldnt find too much info on those who have done this but on another forum hear that some avoided doing this. Has anyone done this? What were your results? Is there a negative side to doing this? Thank you! NOA1- 10/4, Jordan.
