6/21/21 - text messages recieved

6/21/21 - NOAs 

7/27/21 - I-693 recieved in mail

9/04/21 - biometrics appointment notice

9/29/21 - biometrics appointment

Completed my biometrics in Raleigh,NC. I think I was done and out the door even before my actual appointment time, super fast!

Sorry to be late, was a little busy.

I checked my account online and seen Interview was scheduled. 

Yes my date is the 25 of October!

Hey @yoo2, I'm also at the Nashville FO and waiting for my interview to be scheduled. Can you clarify whether you actually got your interview date scheduled or if you had your online status changed to "Case is Ready to be Scheduled for an Interview" but you haven't actually gotten a date yet.

Sorry i should have clarified, my case is "Ready to be scheduled for an interview". 

Im a bit concerned since we filed the I130 together but that hasn't been approved yet.

I have been "Ready to be scheduled for an interview" since my bio. Reading through several forums I have not seen any people scheduled for interview with a PD in 2021. September/October '20 just now getting scheduled...

 

I have filed for an expedite of my I-765 and requested support from Senator Hagertys office but no response yet.

Marriage based GC (USC) - FO Nashville

5/21/21 - PD

5/20/21 - Mailed to Chicago Lockbox

5/21/21 - Received

6/14/21 - 485/130/131/765 NOA received via Mail

7/23/21 - Received Biometrics Appointment

8/09/21 - Biometrics Taken (Atlanta)

8/17/21 - Case is ready to be scheduled for an Interview

9/21/21 - Expedited I-765

9/23/21 - Request for Evidence for I-765 Expedite

9/29/21 - Evidence faxed to USCIS

10/07/21 - Evidence for Expedite Request Received

10/11/21 - I-765 New Card is being produced

Thanks for clarifying! It seemed like the Nashville FO was processing biometrics appointments relatively quickly when compared on a national scale, so I was hoping that interviews would be scheduled pretty soon after fingerprinting. However, it seems like things have stalled a little at the FO.

 

@yoo2 RE: I-130 For what it's worth my status hasn't changed since my PD -- it still shows "case was received" for me.

 

@beKai Yes, it does seem like the Nashville FO is working on late 202/early 2021 applicants. I also filed an I-765 expedite through my local Congressperson but my request status has stayed at "Expedite Request Received" for three weeks now.

 

I hope things start picking up at the Nashville FO for us soon!

I filed my expedite 2 weeks ago and it is also stuck in Expedite Request Received. Although they sent me an e-mail asking for evidence, which I have sent already.

 

My congressman did not respond to me so I reached out to the senators office which was way more helpful.
