I just wanted to state that I am giving you a link to my Google Drive, where I pull the entire Data or CSV files of the CaseTracker

App for the month February.

It is for people which are interested in doing a spreadsheet or cooperate together, which is a good option. Due the

limitation of the CaseTracker App of only being able to pull 500 Cases every time, makes it to a total time of over an hour

to achieve an entire month. Thats one of the reason I wanted to participate in the entire process, because it saves a lot of time for the person

which is doing the actual spreadsheet or refreshes it once a week or similar.

I thought of pulling the data every third day, but it is so time consuming that I am doing it every 5th day, unless somebody else wants to

participate.

---------------

I also found out that the cases we (February) are looking for starts with the Case Range

WAC 21900-50000 and ends up with around ....-57500.

That means that in total 7500 cases are going to be processed within February, independent of the K1.

In case somebody is a February filler and is outside the CaseRange should definitely write something to be a part of the spreadsheet :).

Hey everyone! thekevkev posted this and then remembered I, along with a couple of others from this sub, am already doing this so we're going to join forces! There really has not been much movement at all. We're updating our spreadsheet every Wednesday and Sunday right now, but as we get more into Feb cases we'll increase. We'll share the data as soon as there's something more interesting going on! Right now there's only a couple that have moved since September 1.

Thanks thekevkev!

And thanks also to Benny4352 who is helping update. If anyone else wants to help out, let me know.

I'm also entirely happy to share the master spreadsheet with anyone who wants to run their own analysis of the data if that's your jam.

Here's the spreadsheet for anyone who wants to see it. It is set to view only (gotta protect the data!) ;)

We're at less than 2% of cases approved/denied/RFEd.

You will be most interested in the 1st tab, Pivot: Status by Date, that shows how many cases there are by date, how many have been approved, RFEd etc). This is what it looks like (case count just means it was received/has NOA1).

Curious, Any idea where the data for the app is coming from? It might be feasible to build a data scraper that updates automatically versus having to mainly run 500 cases at a time and update it. Also, This app is only available for iphones right?

I think others in other groups have done that. I assume it pulls from https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do

The app available for both Android and iOS I believe.

At this point, I've got the original data from NOA1 so it's just a matter of updating a few at a time as they are being processed. Of course, having the spreadsheet update automatically when it detects a change would be great, but it's not a lot of work to scan through the updates.

Awesome to see some movement, kinda exciting.

I delayed my search of yesterday and set it to today. So I don't know if you still need the cases.

I made a summary of all cases in one file so you can easily copy and paste it. :)
