new aos packet

okaay, i submitted a k1aos packet to the wrong address a month ago. can i put together another packet and submitted to the correct address?? this is in hopes that the old packet will be rejected and sent back to me after we cancel the chek.

If the first package is redirected to the correct place you will end up with two applications and USCIS won't refund you for the second one. All you can do is wait.

If you can stop the check from being cashed then send the new application.

was thinking of just removing money from my account and making a money order

My AOS was returned because of a couple of errors. When it was returned to me, there was a slip of paper with instructions to include it with the revised application. The return was processed very quickly. My recommendation is don't make this more complicated than it needs to be.

Am in the same boat with you, i filed my ROC using credit card authorization,  3 days later, I lost the credit card and I asked my bank to cancel it. Now am 100% uscis will reject my petition so I don't know what to do. Sending a new job or just wait to receive the rejected petition.  The sad thing is that it take 4-6 weeks for them to open your package.  My concern is when they reject it they add a slip and they want u to send that back.
