Submitted my Aos package dec26 still no NOA1 starting to get scared cause its nearing k1 visa expiration date.  Is it normal??

K1 expires the day you entered the USA

It seems to take a couple of months currently to get the NOA1. As long as you were married within 90 days you are fine.

Okay so little update.. Turns out we sent the forms to the wrong address sadly so we waiting for them to be returned to us 😡😡😡... We are expecting extra delays
