Failure to disclose could result in a denial.  It has happened.  It matters not if it was expunged, etc.  A denial could come as ate as after the interview.

You'll be required to submit ALL court and police records. Since these look like stupid things "minors" do, and it was long ago without any current "misdemeanors or crimes" I believe you will be fine. The most important thing is to be honest and forthright with your information both at the application time and the interview. Even if you think something is minor and isn't showing in any record, the FBI will have your "case(s)" in their database which will be scanned after you submit your I-129f, Petition for Alien Fiancé(e) by USCIS. It's one of the steps in adjudicating your visa application. You must submit ALL items from the police and from the courts showing the disposition of your case(s). Good luck and stay engaged in the process.

Don't underestimate what they have and will use to adjudicate your case. Don't assume that they need this or that. Give it all to them. Just some friendly advice as we have seen others get denied. Read the instructions for the I-129f, Petition for Alien Fiancé(e) found here I-129f, Petition for Alien Fiancé(e). Search for "court" you should now see it begins in Part 3.

Juvenile Convictions

In general, a guilty verdict, ruling, or judgment in a juvenile court does not constitute a conviction for immigration purposes. A conviction for a person who is under 18 years of age and who was charged as an adult constitutes a conviction for immigration purposes.

In a nutshell, it’s safer if you be proactive and disclose all of that right away because they’re very clear when it comes to perjury and hiding any of that will get you in trouble.
